Daily Routine
Your Daily Routine at "The Clinic"We request you to follow this routine, so you can get well as quickly as possible during your stay here. Periods of rest are essential as your body heals while you sleep. Exercise like walking, swimming and Yoga help your muscles to strengthen and helps to normalize your metabolism. Please use the time between the structured activities to take the necessary actions for you to heal like steam inhalations exercises etc
6.00 a.m : Arise & get ready for a morning walk. 6.15 a.m to 7.00 a.m : Morning walk. 7.00 a.m to 8.00 a.m : Therapeutic Yoga With Dr Manik (Wednesday & Saturday). Other Days Practice Yoga or extend your Morning walk. 8.00 a.m to 8.30 a.m : Salt inhalation at the steam room followed by 8.30 a.m to 8.45 a.m : Steam Inhalations . 8.45 a.m to 9.30 a.m : Breakfast 10.00 a.m to 1.30 p.m : Treatment with Dr. as per appointment. 1.00 p.m to 2.00 p.m : Lunch. 2.00 p.m to 3.30 pm : Rest. 4.00 p.m to 5.30 p.m : Steam room or sauna 5.00 p.m to 6.30 p.m : Evening walk, swim or sit by the riverside Enjoy the view, contemplate and meditate. 6.00 p.m : Soup. 6.30 p.m to 7.30 p.m : Group discussion with Doctor in Gazebo on health & diet (Tuesday, Friday). Time for contemplation on other days. 8.00 p.m to 8.45 p.m : Dinner 9.00 p.m to 9.30 p.m : Prepare for bed. 9.30 p.m : Bedtime, 10.00 p.m : Lights out |
