The Importance of the Psoas and Pyriformis muscles & an  exercise to release them

The psoas muscle is the largest and most important muscle in the body. It is the major postural muscle in the body supporting the spine and acts as a backup to the liver storing its toxins till the liver is able to process them.

Spasms in the psoas muscle can cause a range of problems like backache, poor posture, difficulty in breathing, scoliosis and lower abdominal pain.

This movie explains many facts about the psoas and demonstrates an exercise to loosen the Psoas and pyriformis muscles.
